Version 2026-10-27. These terms apply to the acadence.net website, run by BOOK IN CHAT PTE. LTD. (UEN 202646792Z), 60 Paya Lebar Road, #6-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051 ("Book In Chat", "we"). Using the website means you accept them.

• Other terms. Tuition centres that use Acadence are bound by the Centre Terms of Service. Students, parents and staff who use a centre's Acadence site are bound by that site's Terms of use (template at Terms of use). These website terms do not change those.
• Information only. The website describes Acadence in general. Features, plans, prices and examples may change. Nothing on this website is an offer; a contract with a centre is made only under the Centre Terms. Examples of marking on this website are invented and are not real students' work.
• AI. Where the website describes AI marking, the AI only suggests marks; a tutor decides every mark. We do not promise any result for any student.
• Our content. The text, design, logo and images belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to them, but not copy them for a commercial purpose without our written permission. "Acadence" and its logo are our brand.
• Links. Links to other sites (for example WhatsApp) are for convenience; we are not responsible for those sites.
• No warranty. The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using it or relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
• Privacy. See our Privacy policy and Cookies.
• Law. Singapore law applies, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
